Micro Business Program Manager
Micro Business Program Manager-HHWP Community Action Commission is currently recruiting for a Micro Business Program Manager within our Community Services Department. The successful applicant will have the primary responsibilities of: Managing the Micro Business Development Program, marketing, recruitment, teaching and coordination of business development training classes, direct technical assistance, RLF loan development, coordinate loan processing, billing and collections with finance and loan completion follow-up.
The chosen candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field with a minimum of one year experience in an administrative capacity in a social service program as well as previous experience owning and/or operating a small business. This position is part-time and the wage scale is $15.37-$20.04 per hour, with education and experience taken into consideration. The benefit package includes Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, 403b match up to 5%.
Pre-employment and ongoing job requirements as specified by funding source and Agency policy that includes but is not limited to: background screening, drug/alcohol testing screening, employment physicals, etc. Must be sensitive and able to work with the needs of low-income individuals and individuals of all cultural backgrounds.
