Director of Community Services and Development
HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay is looking for a Director of Community Services and Development.
As a senior member of the HHWP CAC leadership team, the chosen individual would provide leadership and direction for all programs and personnel within the Community Services Department in a manner that is consistent with the mission and values of HHWP CAC.
The Director leads the process of developing programs that enhance HHWP CAC’s ability to reduce poverty and improve lives and that drive self-sufficiency. They would ensure the achievement of all program goals and objectives and ensure compliance with all programmatic regulations.
The Director also oversees departmental fiscal and personnel activities in coordination with fiscal and human resources staff along with overseeing and managing all departmental project budgets. This individual will also coordinate programming with both internal and external partners to maximize outcome-driven services.
Engages in agency-wide strategic planning in coordination with other members of the senior leadership team.
The salary for this position is $65,000-$84,500 annually and is based on background experience and education.

Minimum Requirements and Application Process
Minimum education and experience requirements are Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum experience is as follows: 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in an organization or as a volunteer. Non-profit experience is preferred. 2 years of experience in grant writing and administration, including budget management. Professional case management experience in a social services agency preferred. 2 years of experience in the development and/or oversight and provision of Affordable Housing activities.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, maintain state minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as well as the ability to meet and maintain all funding source requirements.
