Finance Coordinator



HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time Finance Coordinator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will provide integrity to the process of recording accounts payable invoices, expense reimbursements, and contracted charges to the general ledger ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and adherence to Finance policies and procedures, ensure proper authorization of check processing, coordinate and control documentation of all ledger transactions as well as legal and contractual documents, provide miscellaneous support to the CFO including spend analysis and cost improvement objectives, prepare and assist with the preparation of audit work papers and the audit process. This position is full-time, non-exempt working 40 hours per week.

Minimum Education – High School diploma or Associate Degree in Business with major in Accounting preferred

Minimum Experience – 0 to 3 years’ experience in an office environment, accounts payable experience preferred. Experience with Sage Intaact is a plus.
