HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time Mobility Manager for our agency.
The ideal candidate will work to promote, enhance, and facilitate access to transportation services – including coordinating services for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and low-income individuals. Actions are performed directly or in coordination with other transportation provider agencies to provide a full range of travel options that are most effective in meeting the needs of individuals with unique needs. This position will require developing and distributing information explaining how to utilize available transportation resources and working with the public to identify potential transportation service gaps. The Mobility Manager will work collaboratively to enhance business, government, and community support for all Hancock and Wyandot Counties transportation services.
The wage starts at $18.31-22.50/hour depending on education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Overall Requirement: Must be sensitive to the needs of low-income individuals and able to work with individuals of all cultural backgrounds and ages. Must adhere to the values of the HHWP CAC including Advocacy, Professionalism, and Partnership. Must be committed to the Agency’s mission to reduce the conditions of poverty by providing comprehensive services to improve lives.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field
Minimum Experience: A background in Grant-writing is strongly preferred as well as 2-3 years experience in transportation, low-income, seniors, and disabled clients. Must have prior experience managing budgets. Must have a working knowledge of computer systems and be proficient in Google products and Microsoft Word and Excel.
