HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time Site Supervisor for our Early Head Start Child Development Program

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining a comprehensive education program in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, and Agency policies and procedures; directly supervise assigned teaching staff including conducting regular performance evaluations; Ensure that teaching staff are adequately trained, and remain current on federal, State and local resources and regulation affecting clientele; Ensure that all licensing regulations are strictly adhered to on site, including but not limited to staff licensing files, children’s files, equipment, materials, procedures and lesson plans; ensure that comprehensive services are being provided for all families. This is a salaried position, working on average 40 hours per week. The annual salary ranges from $49,680 to $59,616 per year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Overall Requirement: Must be sensitive to the needs of low-income individuals and able to work with individuals of all cultural backgrounds and ages. Must adhere to the values of the HHWP CAC including Advocacy, Professionalism, and Partnership. Must be committed to the Agency’s mission to reduce the conditions of poverty by providing comprehensive services to improve lives.

Minimum Education: Associate degree from an accredited university in Early Childhood Education, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: Three years of experience in a management or leadership capacity
