Transportation Operations Manager

HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time Operations Manager within our Transportation Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicle maintenance is done promptly, coordinating purchasing for the entire program, submitting purchase orders and receivers in a timely manner according to CAC fiscal guidelines, and ensuring fund source compliance requirements are kept up to date. Administer DOT-regulated drug and alcohol testing. Assist with driving, dispatching/scheduling, and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Transportation. Investigate accidents and incidents involving drivers while maintaining on-call status for after-hour emergencies as assigned. This is a salaried position, with core hours from 6:30 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.
Minimum Requirements and Application Process

Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Ability to obtain ODOT Reasonable Suspicion and ODOT Accident Investigation certifications within 6 months.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of supervisory experience and one (1) year of experience driving a motor vehicle for service, preferably within a transportation program operated under ODOT guidelines. Must have experience interviewing and onboarding candidates. Must be able to demonstrate data entry, keyboarding skills, and work within multiple data systems
Experience in answering a multi-line phone system while keying data into software programs is required. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of computer systems/MS software, data entry, and keyboard functions. Must be able to demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills.
